Belgium uses the Euro (EUR). Exchange bureaus are available at the airport and city centres, though rates are often better via ATM withdrawal.

Contactless debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) are widely accepted across Belgium, including on public transport.

• Notify your Indian bank before travel to avoid card blocks
• Carry a small amount of cash for smaller shops or markets

International Cards

Forex/travel cards can help avoid repeated foreign transaction fees.
